I use data and research to advance public policies and innovations that address global challenges. I previously lead FSD Kenya's research program on consumer insights and digital finance; supported the World Bank's research and operations on poverty, inequality and employment in Kenya and South Sudan; developed a conceptual framework and data collection methodology to track the flow of financial resources supporting global health at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) and conducted evaluations of education policy in California using mixed-methods approaches at the American Institutes for Research (AIR).
